Our journey began in the early 70s when our founder, Rasiklal Chotalal Shah, started the business with the ethical belief of helping retailers procure quality goods at reasonable rates. Our business started from Kalbadevi and dealt in suiting-shirting, reputed mill goods, and sarees.

In the early 80s, Rasiklal Shah’s two sons, Kamlesh and Vikram, joined the business and expanded it to the next level for the next 20 years with their father’s guidance and experience. In 1995, Mehul Shah and Nilay Shah joined the business, which has earned the trust of both buyers and sellers in the last 25 years. The reputation and goodwill earned by Rasiklal’s sons due to the efforts put in by their elders have helped Nilay Shah and Mehul Shah enter into new products such as readymade garments and many other related products for men’s, women’s ethnic wear, and family wear shops.

In the year 2011, Rasiklal’s sons moved to Dadar, which was the heart of the readymade garment industry and centrally located in the city of Mumbai. They formed an LLP firm in 2012 in the name of Rasiklal Sons Intermediaries LLP. In 2021, they started one of their branches in Virar for back-office operations.

Today, we are one of the leading firms in Mumbai with over 3000 suppliers from different parts of India and more than 300 purchasers from across the world. We have a well-trained staff of 27 people for different aspects of the business.

Additionally, we offer guidance in procuring western wear, casual wear for men, boys, and girls, as well as newborn accessories and clothes, imitation jewelry, purses, and accessories, based on the requirements of the purchaser.
